日前，消费者邵女士通过歙县民生热线反映，其于10月22日经人介绍到某形体管理会所试穿美体内衣，商家称其内衣具有保健及塑身的功效。邵女士自觉该内衣价格昂贵，所以只想试试裤子，但是在商家的劝说下，半推半就地试穿了一套美体内衣。咨询后得知价格为6510元，郭女士觉得价格昂贵不想购买，而此时该内衣吊牌掉落，商家就要求她购买。邵女士勉强购买后穿了几天，发现该美体内衣与商家介绍的预期效果完全不一致，而且感觉不舒服，胸闷头晕。邵女士遂要求商家退款，但商家以需穿9个月后才有效果为由拒绝了邵女士的退款要求，邵女士无奈之下拨打民生热线投诉。
