| 头天晚上还在正常营业，第二天就关门闭店贴出了停业通知，这也太突然了。许女士是丹彤健身石景山海特花园店的会员，日前突然发现健身房关了门，由于健身房所留号码一直处于关机状态，200多名会员因此担心退费无门。对许女士反映的问题，记者辗转联系到了丹彤健身负责人。该负责人表示，闭店是场地问题所致，目前正与会员代表协商解决方案，这几天一定给准确答复。 市民遭遇 周五还营业周六突关门 昨日，记者来到位于石景山区海特花园57号楼的丹彤健身俱乐部，顺着57号楼北侧的楼梯拾级而上，便能看到紧锁的大门。近2米宽的玻璃门上，从左到右依次贴着苹果园工商所的投诉电话、石景山区人民法院的公告以及健身房的一份告知书（如图）。 法院公告显示，由于房屋租赁纠纷，责令丹彤健身俱乐部在规定期限内将场地腾空。而健身房的告知书则表示会在一个月内解决会员的会籍问题，希望会员耐心等待。 许女士去年年底在该健身俱乐部花费1600元办理了一张年卡，但由于搬家一直没来，卡没开，还是新卡，却用不上了。我花的钱还算少的，我们的维权群里有会员11月10日办的卡，或者还有40多节私教课没上的，大家还没来得及消费，店就突然关了。记者从许女士提供的截图中看到，会员维权群的人数已超过了230人。 健身房是突然关门的，关门头一天是周五，店面还在正常营业，第二天我再去的时候就发现已经停业了，只留下了门上的一张通知，上面写的联系电话也一直处于关机状态。另一位消费者告诉记者。 丹彤健身 月底前给会员准确答复 对此，丹彤健身俱乐部负责人程丹彤女士表示，海特店关门确实是由于房屋租赁问题导致的，目前已经在与会员协商解决方案。场地的问题牵扯到包括我们在内的三家公司，其实我们也是受害者，这个俱乐部开了已经有10年了，有很好的会员基础，如果物业可以续租的话我们也不想关店。我们已经在派出所见了会员代表，正在协商解决方案。 至于为何之前留的电话始终处于关机状态，而目前的通知又无任何联系方式，程女士告诉记者：之前的工作人员已经离职，我们后来约见代表也留了联系方式，已约定会在月底前给会员们一个准确的答复。会员着急也能理解，我们会尽量完善后续工作，反正人是跑不了的，请会员放心。 针对此事，北京京师律师事务所的王泽民律师表示，健身房的经营场所有所改变，必然会导致消费者的一个损失，由于健身房违约在先，有提前告知消费者的义务，另外也应积极提出解决方案。如果没有合同的话，就是事实性的服务关系，这样的话要么给消费者退费，要么提供新的场所。但是如果消费者不愿意换址，俱乐部也应对消费者的退费要求给予满足。
