| 因为小区停车困难问题，男子曲某（化名）在没得到满意结果的情况下，竟召集业主将车堵在售楼处大门前，并与前来咨询买房事宜的市民发生纠缠。日前，曲某因涉嫌扰乱单位秩序被行政拘留。 27岁的曲某在槐荫区中建锦绣城购买了一套商品房，因小区内车位只出售不出租，曲某等部分业主对此不满，与开发商沟通未达成其要求，曲某等业主商定12月3日集体再到售楼处要说法。12月3日9时许，曲某等业主在小区周边集合，过程中将车辆停放在齐州路中央，影响了正常交通。随后曲某将车开到小区售楼处，将售楼处大门堵住，并用横幅挂在售楼处大门上，随后，在与售楼处工作人员交涉无果的情况下，曲某情绪失控，用扩音喇叭播放口号，辱骂售楼处人员，还与前来正常咨询购房事宜的市民发生纠缠，导致售楼处无法开展正常的销售工作。 接到报警后，辖区兴福派出所民警赶到现场，曲某仍不依不饶，对民警指指点点，在劝阻无效的情况下，民警依法将曲某传唤至派出所。当日下午，涉嫌扰乱单位秩序的曲某被公安机关处以行政拘留五日的处罚。民警提醒，市民在维权的过程中应当保持理性，切记不要用过激行为，否则不但不会起到维权的效果，还会触犯法律，得不偿失。 http://www.peopleyinqing.com/yqpd/culture/
