| 此次泄露的10G大学生裸条照片、视频，从学校来看，共计28人的学校信息被泄露，涉及25所院校，其中有3所为民办院校，10所为高职或专科院校，剩余多为地方普通本科院校，师范学校和医学高等专科学校成了重灾区。 2016年5月，教育部和银监会曾联合发布关于加强校园不良网络借贷风险防范和教育引导工作的通知，要求各地加大不良网络借贷监管力度，建立校园不良网络借贷日常监测机制，密切关注网络借贷业务在校园内拓展情况。 朱政认为，就校园贷来说，能起监管作用的就是银监会和公安部。但他同时指出，但现在最大的问题就是操作不便，银监会如果有明确的规范出来，公安部门介入的力度就可以更大一点。 这个通知是行政管理部门发出的正式文书，具有强制执行力，其约束力比组织内部的约束力更强。左胜高称，但下了药能不能作用到患处，这就是执行力的问题了。 对于不断涌现出的裸条受害者，律师们同时提醒，裸条还存在着更多潜在风险。 付健指出，一旦裸条泄露，当事人维权相当困难。首先她们觉得这个事很不光彩，不敢跟家人、朋友说；其次，律师费等等的维权成本又太高。
