| 据安徽商报消息 肥西县某塑料制品厂职工张某，对女同事勒颈、割腕，企图将女同事至于死地，而他做出这一切疯狂的行为，竟是因为对这位女同事的爱慕之情。近日，肥西县法院一审判处张某有期徒刑12年。 原籍定远县的张某与被害人小燕(化名)是同事，平时关系比较好。小燕离异后，张某更是对小燕心生爱慕之情。 2015年10月初，张某在与小燕聊天过程中，小燕有关家庭的话题引起张某不悦。张某得知，小燕与前夫离婚后仍住在一起，前夫经常夜不归宿，小燕也准备寻找其他的感情归宿。张某听后非常不满，竟产生了杀死小燕的念头。 同年10月25日，张某得知小燕一人在家，凌晨3时许来到肥西县某小区小燕家楼下，攀爬至3楼小燕家室外，从卫生间窗户进入屋内。入室后他看到小燕一人熟睡，便双手掐住小燕的脖颈数分钟，又用小燕床头的数据线将小燕勒昏。张某松开手，见小燕仍有呼吸，又从厨房找来一把菜刀割断小燕的手腕。 作案后，张某离开小燕家。约半小时后，张某认为小燕已经死亡，便用小燕的手机报警投案。 肥西警方接警后及时赶到现场，在小燕家小区门口将张抓获。庆幸的是，经抢救，小燕脱离生命危险。 张某归案后，家人认为他的行为不合常理，提出对张某的精神状况进行鉴定。经合肥市精神病医院司法鉴定所鉴定，张某具有完全刑事责任能力。经鉴定，小燕为重伤二级。
