| 今天，上海证券交易所官方网站刊登了天士力制药集团股份有限公司发布的澄清公告。公告称，近期，天士力制药集团股份有限公司发现科学网个人博客多次出现不实言论，恶意攻击天士力和复方丹参滴丸产品。经公司出具法律文件，科学网及时删除了不实文章。公告中同时表示，恶意中伤行为侵害了天士力公司名誉，对公司生产经营造成不良影响，天士力保留通过司法途径维护自身合法权益的一切相关权利。以下是澄清公告全文： 天士力制药集团股份有限公司澄清公告 本公司董事会及全体董事保证本公告内容不存在任何虚假记载、误导性陈述或者重大遗漏，并对其内容的真实性、准确性和完整性承担个别及连带责任。 一、 传闻简述 近期，天士力制药集团股份有限公司（以下简称我公司、公司）发现科学网个人博客多次出现不实言论，恶意攻击我公司和复方丹参滴丸产品。经公司出具法律文件，科学网及时删除了不实文章。 2016年12月9日，祝国光（此人曾多年担任过公司技术顾问，合同到期终止后，还多次索要不当费用未达到目的。）又在科学网个人博客上发表文章，攻击我公司及复方丹参滴丸产品。祝国光所发表的文章，内容严重不实，故意歪曲科学依据，谬解国际、国内药政法规标准，误导消费者和投资者，损害我公司名誉，影响我公司正常经营，对此我公司在保持冷静克制的同时给予密切关注，并做出如下严正声明： 二、 澄清声明 1、我公司是一家以生物医药产业为主线，以现代中药为核心的高科技国际化企业集团，主要产品复方丹参滴丸是我国食品药品监督管理局依法批准的中药产品，自1994年上市至今，通过多年国际、国内系统的临床研究与验证，证明疗效确切、质量可控、使用安全，取得了广大消费者和市场的认可。 2、我公司在国家中药现代化、国际化战略引导下，复方丹参滴丸产品自1996年开始申报美国FDA的临床研究与试验工作，2010年顺利完成国际Ⅱ期临床研究，目前已经结束了国际多中心Ⅲ期临床试验工作，进入了数据统计和分析阶段。上述工作进展，我公司都是按照国际药品研究法律程序，严格按照法规要求和科学依据有序、稳步的在推进，并严格按照上市公司相关要求及时披露。
